Use and Characteristics:
This unit,a three-layer co-extruding film blowing machine unit for polyolefin of heat hrink film(POF), is independently developed at the basis of foreign technology. It is integrated with technologies like three-layer co-extruding conical surface overlying die, infrared heating system, adjustable thermocomtroller, infrared temperature testing system, tension controller and double bench automatic gap, surface and central revolving rolling. It is applied to manufactruing heat contracted films like PP/PE/PP-structrued POF. It is characteriaed by high transparency, lower temperatrue resistance, durability in mixing and shrinking, high shrinkage. Its high shrinkage rate can be controlled through modifying the formula and changing the technoloty.The heat contracted film is widely applied to packing daily foods, beverage or drinks, medicine, healthcare products, stationary, cosmetics, handicraft articles, new spaper and books, video products electric spare parts or attachment, and toys. It is an environmental protection style packaging materials.
