Introduction:
HPET-3300V2 High-speed PET Preform Injection system 48 Cavities mold. The
preform is 15g, output up to 414720 pcs/day. This machine is energy saving and
environmental protection, compared with traditional Injection Molding Machine,
it can save electricity 20% - 30%. At the same time, the advanced robot for
taking out & cooling is used. This production line has 4 advantages: high
speed, precise positioning, no friction, and energy saving. The mold is
hot-runner & pin-valve structure with efficient chilled water channel
design. HPET High-speed PET Preform Injection system is highly cost-effective,
perfect and is the unified solution of low cost, and also the high performances
for producing PET preform.
Features:
·Double-loop hydraulic design was adopted to ensure high efficiency;
simultaneous plasticization, mould opening & clamping for preform releasing
to shorten the procedure cycle.
·Special design of separate molten unit and injection unit, makes them working
at the same time, ensures bigger shot weight and shorten the cycle time.
·Special mould opening and clamping oil circuit control system guarantee smooth
mould motion and quick precise positioning, meanwhile protect the mould
effectively as well as meet the need of robot preform-out.
·Special-designed high performance preform-out robot with feature of reliable
and high speed, three cycles for cooling out of the mould. Equipped with
icy-water cooling system to ensure preform cooled stress-free.
·Specialized screw greatly raises the material molten speed and quality while
lower the plasticization temperature and AA value. Effectively improve the
shrinkage of the shrinkage of the preform and enhance the transparency.
·PET preform modular collocation solutions are provided to save investment,
which acquire input-output maximization according to different needs of
customers.
