1、High speed:
It is the basic platform of this series which is designed special for thin-wall
products. And the minimum thickness can achieve 0.25mm. Optional with
accumulator can assist high speed injection, and injection speed can exceed 650
mm/s.

Standard
configuration of close-loop servo injection control makes the accumulator to be
controlled precisely in injection process.

stability:
Low vibration, high rigidity frame construction, and precise close-loop servo
opening mold displacement device ensure the repeatable precision in the high
speed rotation process of sending labels and taking products.
The powerful function and accuracy can help customers reduce the weight of the
products and shorten the cycle time. Compared with the present industry
standard, Power jet’s PKF IML automatic production system can reduce more than
10% product weight and shorten cycle time by 10% Accumulator
assists high speed injection, and the injection speed can reach over 650mm/s.
Lighter and thinner products can be produced to meet the requirement.
Close-loop servo injection control makes accumulator to
be controlled precisely in the injection process, and makes the products
deviation of each lot smaller and quality more stable.
Special
oil-circuit design greatly improves the injected acceleration & movement.
High
rigid mechanical design can stabilize the production, improve the rate of
finished products,and
extend the service life.
The
new optimized screw and barrel combination makes the production material
temperature much lower, thus making the products with high toughness but not
