1.Business file folder is a product which made of multiples layers of PP sheet and the machine is fully automatic which is deigned especially for stationary industry
2.Production flow is from multiple rollers of sheet material through in feeding roller, punching ultrasonic dot sealing. It is a fully automatic production.
3.The machine uses YASKAWA servo actuator for dead length, MIC motion integrate controller and 5.7 inches touch screen so that the machine is easy to operate.
4.The principle features for the machine are to save manpower resources and simplify the production flow.
5.There are four cradles which unique. Each cradle uses edge position controller(L.P.C), so the products can be neat.
