Characteristics:
It is an ideal bag making machine for manufacturing garbage bag, which made of LLPD, HDPE, etc. The machine adopts coreless rewinder roller changer, synchronous foiling & feeding, double roller synchronous feeding not strain. Controlled by Panasonic motor inverter which made it high-speed and precise, the machine can produce two lines film at one process and performance high efficiency and save electricity.
The main parts contain a 1.5kw Panasonic servo motor inverter, the feeding part adopts automatic EPC control, dot cutting adopts micro-computer control, rewinder parts adopt PLC program control system. The main of turning part is a 1.1kw AC frequency control feeding EPC motor 2 sets, feeding DC motor, rewinder 0.75kw AC frequency control roll changer DC motor, roll pulling out by magnet valve pneumatic control.
